I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but I was disappointed that there was no direct line to order from the cafe. The location was prime for exploring the city, but the hotel did not live up to its five-star status.

Wow, this hotel was a mixed bag! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, just like the picture, but they overlooked the rubbish and dustbins. On the bright side, they are much bigger for only a small extra cost.

It can get a bit noisy at times, especially since there's no direct line from the non-existent cafe to order room service.

The hotel rooms were good in size for 4 adults but could be better soundproofed as kids got woken a few times by noisy guests returning late at night. The lack of mirror and plug for hair drying was a minor inconvenience.
